A $50 deposit is due to secure your date and theme. The final payment is due 7 days prior to your party. Failure to pay your invoice in full 7 days prior to your contracted date will result in the cancellation of your event.

No. Customers will be billed for any damaged or lost items, and any excess cleaning required. Please avoid fingernail polish, slime, or any other potentially messy substances around the party area.

Our sleepover spaces comfortably sleep kids, teens, and adults alike. However, we do require children to be at least 3 years of age.

Each sleepover tent space requires a 3.5' X 6.5' area. If you are unable to provide the necessary space we will do our best to accommodate what we can but no refund will be offered.

In case of a cancellation for any reason - If canceled prior to 4 weeks of the event date, any payment made in advance will be refunded, minus the $50 deposit. We do not provide a refund for parties canceled less than 1 week prior to the event. However, we will gladly work with you to reschedule for an available future date.

Set up will take between 1 - 2.5 hours to complete, depending on the size of your party. We work with customers to find an agreed set-up time that is convenient for both parties.

Yes, but we ask that you please be mindful of messy foods that easily stain. Cleaning fees will be subtracted from your damage deposit.

No. Unfortunately, we will not set up our tents inside a hotel room.
